What is Assistive Technology
Assistive technology is any item, piece of equipment, or product system that is used to increase, maintain, or improve functional capabilities of individuals with disabilities. NOCK specifically provides funding for assistive technology that involves mobility and communication.

NOCK's Wheelchairs for Kids service enables children who have been disabled by chronic illness to gain independence through mobility by providing wheelchairs with individualized seating systems to children who cannot afford them.

Expressions gives a child who cannot speak the opportunity to communicate with friends, family and teachers by providing augmentative and alternative communication devices to children who cannot afford them.

Upcoming Events
NOCK's Independence Day Campaign is in full swing. We are hoping to give independence to 10 of the kids on our waiting list by July 4th. You can help by donating today!
